In parallel to his corporate leadership roles, Amine has spent the last 25 years building and leading his own consulting practice focused on IT strategy, digital transformation, and digital marketing. Through this work, he has advised organizations on leveraging technology to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen their digital presence, combining deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business and market dynamics.

Prior to founding MindConnect, Amine served as Senior Portfolio Manager – Cyber Security, where he oversaw strategic portfolios aimed at strengthening enterprise security, managing risk, and enhancing organizational resilience. He is recognized for building and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and driving execution through strong governance and delivery discipline.

In addition, Amine brings over 10 years of experience applying the Birkman Method to support team development, leadership effectiveness, and organizational alignment. He has helped individuals and teams improve communication, collaboration, and performance through increased self-awareness and behavioral insight.
